I just had a salad with the WF Bleu Cheese dressing and I must say I was surprised how good it tasted!!! If you like bleu cheese dressing then you should like the WF version. I will have to try the chicken wings since I don't like meet on the bone anyway
So yesterday was my birthday and wanted to enjoy some of the food i really liked but still stay OP. So i had chicken wings, YEAH you heard me chicken wings and there were FANTASTIC. Heres what i did.
Took a chincken breast and cut it into bite size pieces, in a bouwl i mix i pack of splenda, half a clove of garlic minced, some red hot sauce ( 0-0-0 btw ), little a bit of lime juice.
Grilled the chicken on the BBQ, once the char marks were done stated to put the sauce on there. Alittle a bit at a time and turning the chicken ( 2-3 time )on low heat.
Served with wf blue cheese dressing and veggies, Hummmmm its was awesome.
Im truely doing this again even on maintenance im telling it's like the real thing except for the bones lol.
Have good day everyone
Your recipe sounds awesome - I will have to give it a try this week. Glad you enjoyed your birthday and were still able to stay OP.
Yes made them kind of a wing shape too, great for dipping in the sauce. Oh now your making me hungry, shame on you.....LOL
ha ha! I would love to see a picture of those carved out wings! Here in California we tend to call these Buffalo chicken wings and also use ranch dressing to dip them in along with lots of crunchy celery! Yum...I am going to make these this weekend for sure!
TIP TO ALL: If you are making alot, use ALOT of Res hot sauce and add 2-3 splenda packs to thicken the sauce, in other word taste it before going on the grill it should taste the same has the cooked version on the chicken.
