I did not add any packets for workouts, I know you can do that, but I wasn't too hungry and had good results, so I didn't want to rock the boat! Good luck
My coach said I could exercise at half the intensity/quantity as before starting the diet. Her reasoning is that it's really hard to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. She wants me to focus on the fat loss, then hit the workouts. I find I don't have the strength to do even moderate intensity workouts anyway. I get light headed. I've been doing a lot of walking, some golf and swimming but that's about it. That's great some of you are still able to work out to the levels you did before the diet. I bet you are losing faster than me!
I've still been scared to try working out. I am going to start walking for like 30 minutes tomorrow on my treadmill and go from there. I don't want to stall anything so I'm a little worried.
