NOOOOOO weighing until WI day!!!!...see what happens???? we do not want any !!!!!!!
I know! It makes me a crazy lady but I continue to do it day after day.
I will not step on the scale every single day next week. I will let myself have a peek on Monday and not again until Thursday when I weigh and measure. I think I can. I think I can.
Oh, I thought it said the start date was week of June 11th. I'll enter my info now from last week then.
That was my intention, but then I looked and I had two columns with this week's date. So, I figured why not back it up to last week and start seeing losses immediately. Also, some folks had already entered losses for this week, so I had obviously confused everyone already.
Oh, and I'm because I was really hoping for another on Thursday! And I've done everything in my power to get one and it's not working.
Its your body playing tricks on you, don't let it get you down. It will come soon enough. Sometimes we do everything in our power and it still not enough until our body says ok its time to let go!
I have my WI this afternoon. I have changed my goal weight to 145. I will update the spreadsheet now to reflect this, and later after my WI. I HATE 5pm weigh ins... Grrr...
I am 2 pounds away from my July goal..However, I am on a 5 day trip and really hoping to hold my weight! I have my packets and veges and am trying to stay OP as possible.

Please count me in on your spreadsheet. I already added my name, I hope thats ok. I also hate 5pm WI. I always weigh at least 2lbs less in the morning on day of WI.
