Question How long do you think it will take to get me back into ketosis???

So i cheated.. i was good all day.. i just ate 3 packets and then when dinner came..i ended up eating a gluten free individual pizza that had avocado and cheese and bacon..I thought it would be better than other options cause it was a thin crust and the cheese avocado and bacon doesnt have that many carbs..but i was wondering if that pizza is going to throw me out of ketosis??? and if it does..then how long do you think it would take to get back into ketosis??? Cause i dont want to go through hunger pains again for a whole week ago..someone tell me its not as bad as the first time..someone tell me it only takes a day or two???

If you didn't eat any other carbs and are 100% perfect today with no restricted (you probably) won't even go out of ketosis

It will depend on a few things. Each persons body responds to ketosis differently, and the carb level that keeps them in ketosis.

You probably exceeded your carb level for the day with the pizza. It all depends on how your body responds to the carbs.

But if it was an individual pizza, the carb information should be on the box.

Your carb level needs to be around 50 to 100. Remember, some people don't get into ketosis even when far below 50 ( which is me... I have to be around 30).

Ketosis is a very rapidly changing condition that depends on many variables (e.g., the time of day, water retention, hormonal changes, exercise, and medicine).

You may be in ketosis at 6 a.m and out by 7. Ketosis is just a measure. If you're losing weight, feel well, and have adopted healthy habits, don't be too concerned whether or not you're in ketosis.

I cheated one night and found using ketostix that I stayed in ketosis anyway. I cna't imagine how or why but I was happy about it, apparently there are as the other gal said, many factors involved.
