I actually thrive on repetition so I look forward to when I can pick up my new order of food for week 2 on Tuesday. I can tell you that I hated the puddings (ugggggggh) but I got a fantastic suggestion from here to make them into a cake/muffin and it actualy was better to have something more solid to eat :carrot: AND I LIKED IT!!!!!

The only time I get hungry is if I get too busy and I wind up eating later. I'm determined not to cheat. Things that were under my nose this week that I wanted but did not cheat:
Pizza~fresh baked sugar cookies~icecream~balsamic vinegar~
I'm going ot keep posting and keep looking to this great forum. Thank Goodness for 3FC!!!

I agree...the pudding is horrible. I make them into the cakes with imitation flavors and a little splenda (if I'm craving sweet). I have to buy in boxes because there is not a clinic near me so I've come up with a iced latte type drink that gets rids of the texture. I've been adding about two cups of water, 4 or 5 ice cubes and an heap of instant coffee...way way way better. If I'm really craving the sweet I'll sprinkly a tiny bit of Splenda but I'm trying to get away from that habit.

Hi, I had a problem 2 years ago. This time around I noticed I am drinking 100+ oz of water and I am trying to have lettuce at lunch and dinner, this has been helping a lot this time around. Also, my coach said to buy Super dieter's tea to help me stay regular if I sense a problem. (Fyi, going to the bathroom isnt' as wonderfully complete as it was pre-IP, but at least I am going.)
My morning coffee helps too.

Thanks Leganegan, will look in to the tea as this is not a good thing IMO, lol.

****venting post*****
today is day 5 for me and an aggravating one due to several issues (some out of my control). All I want to do is have something sweet, cake, ice cream, pie, gum, something to make me feel better :(
But I'm not gonna do it! I keep thinking about all the money I spent starting this diet and also realize that I need to make some changes with dealing with things. Emotional eating is part of the reason why I am where I am right not.
So I got that off my chest........ now what to do about this sweet craving :(

Make the pudding cakes. Have some WF chocolate dip I personally cannot stand the dip, but others like it. Or, have the chocolate or caramel syrup in your drink or in pudding.
Get the Mio and add to your water with a little splenda.

Totally 100% off the wagon today. I messed up with the PB and started to feel as though today was just a goner, and it led to me eating hte kids ice cream sundae and a bite of their toast. I am going to try and get a run in tonight to burn some of the carbs away (if it gets cool enough) so I can start teh whole process anew tomorrow aiming for 14 days OP 100%. Ugh.

Great job for those of you staying 100% OP. It isn't worth not doing it!

I have such a long way to go and I am NOT going to blow it! I refuse to give into any cravings. It is more important to me to get healthy and thin.

I have been on a diet for the past few weeks and I have lost 15 pounds. I wanted to join a support forum to keep to it. I go back to school in 6 weeks. I want to lose 30 pounds.
I plan to exercise everyday and diet with no sugar or fat

Day 2

:dance:Day 2 was way better for me than yesterday. I didn't feel hungry all day. I had the yogurt drink for lunch and it was awesome compared to the mushroom soup I had yesterday :barf:. I had a really hard time with the soup so if anybody has ideas on how to make it better please help......

So far my favorite IP foods are the yogurt drink, peanut butter bar, and choloate shake.

I love reading everybody's successes. It's encouraging and I know I can do it as well. To get rid of the extra around my waist will be so worth it.

Good evening..

Im doing my happy dance tonite.. as i completed one succesfull day of IP without using restricteds and without going OP..i love it ! I felt so good today..

I started off my morning doing the salt water flush.. i thought it might help to flush my body out of all the crap i put in it the past week and a bit..and to my suprise.. i did not crave anything today! It was awesome!

I tried making the pudding cakes..and they didnt work out..maybe i added to much liquid? They seemed eggy and souflee like..the batter seemed pretty runny..and when i took them out..they came out as mini pancakes...so flat..not a muffin or cake at all...so...that didnt work..might have to try something else..

However..for a good treat...i made my pudding into a shake and then poured it into popsicle molds and i had frozen fudgeicles for my late night treat when i got off work. It was awesome!

So im happy i did so well!

Coliep..it sounds like that penut butter is getting you into some deep waters...even though you cheat with penut butter..make sure you dont cheat with other things..dont give yourself the permission too...im kind of wondering if maybe you cut out your "oil" and put penut butter in place.. i wonder if that would work in terms of fat content being more equal?? Cause penut oil for instance would be a form of oil..so why not penut butter being considered your oil intake for the day?

Jases - great job on the 100% OP day. That is my mission today as well, including fewer splenda packets and no restricted. The scale was up another .25 this morning (not surprisingly) so I am keeping that in mind and know I don't want it to get any further.

Not sure if it was chicken or egg, but I crashed on the couch yesterday by 9 and slept until this morning. Apparently I was completely spent!

What is this salt water flush? I cannot drink salt water, but I could put lots of extra salt in my food and drink a lot more water lol. Would that count?

Has anyone had any stomach problems after using the WF salad dressings? I know that people either love them or hate them. I actually thought the blue cheese was really good but I was ridiculously sick from lunch on yesterday. The only connection I could make was that I had used the dressing at lunch and dinner on my salad. I'm thinking my stomach dislikes one of the ingredients, but they have no sugar alcohols as far as I could tell?

Okay... numbers are in, my first weigh in yesterday I lost 6.2lbs and an inch off thigh and 1 1/2 off waist and hip. woop woop! And I enjoyed Zumba it's like dancing and old school aerobics class; what's not to love.

Everyone hang in there and fight the cravings, it's just emotional and mental. drink water, drink tea, chew gum, chew tea. and REMEMBER how gross and uncomfortable you feel after you eat something awful. And how much you regret it. The less you cheat the sooner you meet your goal and can eat what you like in moderation!!
