I have been having trouble being OP for more than three days! I can't seem to get going again. It's always, "I'll start again Monday." Well....many Mondays later I'm still at the same weight.

Well, I'll take your challenge. Here's to 7 days and 7 more, and 7 more, and 7 more until we reach goal! We can do this!

Good job Porthardygirl, if you think about going off plan, think of us here cheering you to stay OP!

Princess Jessica, I don't think I can be mean, but I will keep you accountable

Day one here for me again Enjoying the morning air on the deck with a cup of coffee and my two dogs. Not decaf so only one cup. Today I will head to the store and buy some decaf along with fresh greens.

One hour at a time, one day at a time. We can do this!

I would love to join this challenge! I am back on IP after being off for 8 months (and gaining most of the weight back ). Therefore, this challenge is perfect for me right now!! Thanks so much - you're right, 7 days at a time is far less daunting than the long-term goals!!!! Here's to 7 days OP!

I want to join! I am on summer break and went completely off being OP and finding it hard to get back on plan!

I am SOOO with you all today! I just got up, so it is a clean slate day. I think I will make some coffee and cut up some veggies for lunch!

Hugs,
Leah

I've been completely op for 12 days and going strong. The longer you go the easier it gets, or so I believe. Don't eat the same things over and over or you will crash and burn. Be creative. Once you get through a week and see how much better you feel you won't have all those cravings. Not saying when the family eats pizza it doesn't look delish. I just know I will feel much better if I stick to my healthy food rather than the greasy stuff. Make sure your head is in it and you will do just fine. Plan plan plan!

I am in also! I was totally OP yesterday and will go for the 7 day challenge. I needed to tighten up after vacations and guests staying here. I worked out this am and have my IP meal plan ready for the day.
Have a great day everyone. It is beautiful here in Washington in the morning before it gets too hot.

I have had the IP stuff in my closet for a couple of months.. I only made it for three days the first time but think of it constantly. I just have a hard time. I feel yukky being overweight but really need to break this cycle of eating to feel better. THERE!! I have said it- I do eat to feel better.
I am so in for this. I had a mango peach drink and am going down to fill a water bottle. I found a recipe for a wonderful citrus water punch. I am going to make it and try drinking it along with water.
Thanks for the incentive.

Hope everyone had a great day today. It was my first day back on program. I'm fighting the urge to go look in the cupboards by sipping herbal tea. I keep telling myself, make it through the day, one day at a time. In a week it will be a habit to eat this way. Hope to hear how everyone is doing.
