Default doing the ideal protein

i did ideal for 6 weeks and finally took a break, it got a little expensive for me, lost about 25-27 lbs. it's been a week and still following the basic rules on my own haven't gained lost 1 pound but i'm a little happier. planning on going back after awhile:

It is VERY expensive! I am hanging in there and will substitute once in awhile with Lindora. Works just fine.

it is hard to pay each time I go, but I try to just think how much my health and being a healthy weight mean to me....plus I am to scared to go off it and gain

i cant afford it, but i follow the program using EAS shakes. I lost 12 lbs my first week!!!

What is EAS Shakes? Please can you tell me and where to find. It is getting very expensive for me too I thing I am going to take a break also.

Another question - Do they re-charge you membership fee when or if you decide to go back to them?

You can get the EAS shakes just about any grocery store or drustore like Walgreens. I don't know if they have Walmart in Maryland but they have them there are well.
I don't know about the membership charges. Just call them and ask.
