I totally agree about the confusion. I figure you just have to stick to the basic plan and then go off on your own. I find the forum information invaluable for ideas, support and recipes.

Thanks! I have a friend who has lost 40 pounds on the plan and did her own thing within reason despite tthe confusing messages she got. I too am looking to this site for ideas and info. I don't want to be made to feel guilty though....guess that's my choice! : )

Our coachs are the same way -- it's like they are the KGB -- they don't give us any information unless we ask and if we ask the wrong question, they are all over us. We were told this is a dangerous forum and not to go here. We (my husband and I) are very frustrated with our coaches.

We have no coaches where we live... there are 2 businesses that sell IP and WF products out of their establishments - and because of the research I have done on this forum I get one of them (our preferred choice) to order in what I have read about on here (various IP & WF items) and share the recipes I find on here with them, etc... have even hooked a couple of people from there up on this site! ;0) We are all now huge fans of the Big Mac in a Bowl and the Lazy cabbage rolls! ;0)

We do our own weekly weigh ins at home and thank goodness my BF does this with me - he helps keep me on the straight and narrow - especially on those "I really want a Starbucks/cheeseburger/DQ blizzard" days!

1 cereal flakes IP packet
3.5 oz water
3 oz eggwhites

Makes a great unrestricted pancakes! I like to top with my walden farms pancake syrup! Yum.

If you're using cereal flakes it will be a restricted pancake. If you're using crispy cereal it will be non-restricted.
