I was wondering if we can have pre prepped store veggie burgers patties on IP

yep. i'm a vegetarian so i eat veggie burgers for my own protein all the time. you have to read the labels because some of them have a lot of carbs. i stay under 5 net carbs per patty. you don't weigh them like you would with meat, you just eat one serving for you meal. my favorite are boca grillers.

there are lots of other good non-meat protein options as well. i often eat tofu, smart dogs, veggie chicken, seitan, etc. i've been on plan for over 5 months and have not had any problems. it works great for vegetarians!

MMMM..just had an yves veggie burger patty for din din tonite..Marvelous! Thanks for letting me know..cause i was in a bind for dinner(chicken was frozen) So it was great to go!

yum, thanks for the suggestion. I know I have some veggie burgers in the freezer, but they have a pretty high carb content. I'll be sure to check out boca grillers!

My coach told me I couldn't have ANY morningstar products and I took that to mean any of the prepackaged "meat"...however I am their first vegetarian.
Need some help and advice...Lost 10.5 in 2 weeks but I need some more vareity but don't want to mess up.
