I hope that helps, I can't vouch for the source, but it's the best I could find online.

The one I found all those on is:

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/search

Just type Ideal Protein into the search and it will come up with like 6 pages of results for you to click on and get more info.

Is the Broccoli Cheddar soup new? I haven't seen that as an option, but I am new also. Is it any good. I really like the chicken soup, but not too fond of the others.

I hated the mushroom, leek, and chicken soup and wouldn't eat them at all but I took a chance and tried the broc & cheddar soup and love it. I steam up a cup of broccoli and a cup of cauliflower and mix it in to the soup and it's delicious and filling.

Someone also said they bake it over cauliflower and it tastes like cauliflower cheese sauce but I haven't tried that yet.

I don't know how new it is because I just restarted the program this past week and they didn't have it a year ago.

The fitnesspal tool is great
the calorie count and nutrition is generally correct, but eg. the cereal listed at 110 cals vs 90, so I corrected it
but a great tool if you are tracking nutrients! AND, it has an app, so it is superportable!
