IP Bootcamp is 100% Phase I on plan - no restricted foods (bars, snacks, etc.) and absolutely no sugars, carbs or extra calories that aren't in the plan. Most people I think do it for a week at a time. You will find some threads talking about this if you go up to "Search" then choose "Advanced Search" and search for "bootcamp" only within the Ideal Protein thread. Hope that helps you!

After you have lost your weight with Ideal Protein..and you go back once in a while and get your system in order again...go to Phase one...you start all over for a week...IP Boot Camp...
