Question Did i mess up big?

I forgot my drink at lunch so i just added a little bit of chicken. we went to a place called Mongolian Grill. i picked all kinds of veggies (approved) and added a small scoop of chicken. I put garlic in it and soy sauce. they put all the food on a flat grill and spray it with water so there was no added fat at all.

I think you're fine... someone else can correct me, but I think you should then have a packet for dinner instead of lean meat. I think it is ok to sometimes swap the lunch and dinner meat/packet to accomodate lunches out and stuff.

I swap my meals all of the time. You just can't have the protein at supper.
On active days, I have also split by protein real food up.
( Example 2.5 oz as a snack, and 2.5 oz for supper)

I'm pretty sure you can have your actual meal anytime, just do a shake for supper tonight!

I'd call it a "great save"...just swap lunch and dinner. My DH always does this because he is usually with clients during the day. It's much easier for him to have his "real" protein for lunch. It has had no impact on his weight loss. He is such a creature of habit that the restaurant he normally goes to keeps REALSALT in stock for him! (Applebees)

I switch my meals around all the time, I think it's good for you because your body is always guessing. I don't think you screwed up at all!
