It will all work out if you stick to the diet. I've been going to WI's since the end of December and have always lost something. Last week I posted a 4lb gain. I couldn't believe it. Then this week, I lost the 4lbs I gained plus another 4lbs for a total of 8lbs. My coach reviewed my food diary and didn't see anything that would of caused that. She just assumed it was water for some reason because it was impossible for my calorie in take to gain 4lbs of fat that week.
