Okay, so its day 2 ..the end of day 2 to be exact and im peeing like a racehorse and i feel super bloated...instead of having that light feeling i thought i would have from not eating half as much as i used to..instead.. i feel heavy and bloated...sigh..

Does this get better? When do you start feeling better? Cuz im sick of the headaches and the tiredness and the cravings and the hunger..

I can't speak for the bloating, but the headaches and tiredness and cravings do get better after the 3rd or 4th day. Hang in there! The first week or so are tough but you will have great results!
