I'm not at home right now, so I don't have any boxes to compare it with, but 7 grams of sugar seems high to me. Could you maybe post the ingredients as well?

I don't do IP but I have tried this ice cream and I think it's absolutely nasty! My husband, on the other hand, likes it but gets terrible gas from it (which doesn't make me wanna buy it for him, LOL!). I hope you like it and that it fits into your plan.

So I looked it all up myself and see that many of the bars have 7 grams of sugar and way more total carbs (15-ish). It seems reasonable to me. You could either do egg whites or even stir in a protein powder that has few carbs to up the protein.

You think stirring in like synthrax nectar - (yum, I am thinking to stir in chocolate!) would be good! hmm... I predict a treat to myself at the end of a week OP! WITHIN the protocol.

I read some reviews online and it sounds like you should expect a frozen protein shake flavour more than legitimate ice cream. Just a heads up Still might be nice for hot summer days!

okay just saying that if you really want to stay OP our phase 1 sheets says anything other than on this list and I will quote "IMPORTANT - Anything that is not included on this sheet nust be zero carb, zero fat and zero sugar.

Now saying that an alternative is to freeze a pudding of your flavor, it this "ice cream" is just a frozen protein product same as the puddings.

Would this not be the same as using an alternative product? It's still "on plan" but not of the IP brand? She said she would use this as a replacement for a packet-so it can't be 0-0-0.
