OP - On Plan

phall8180 - I hear you, it reminds me that I don't think I finished anything before as important as this but I know I will finish this and be healthier and happier.

Anyone else experience a stall in the 3rd week? How to I combat this? Taking out my restricted?
Yes, me too. I am feeling frustrated. I am ending week 5 and it does not look like I have lost any. I have been 100% on program. Very frustrating because I am doing everything right. Maybe I should start exercising??

The results have been very encouraging. Down just over 30 lbs in 5 weeks
My coach has stressed that I try to only drink beverages sweetened with stevia or splenda/sucralose and/or Ace K. More importantly, the phosphoric acid in darker sodas is what IP deems "bad" for you. With the sugar substitutes, I think the effects vary from person to person. You will find people on this forum who have had diet soda every day and have had no problems. I have switched to Diet Rite tangerine soda (splenda sweetened and no phosphoric acid) for a treat, and otherwise stick with plain water, water with True Lemon, or flavored seltzers. Also, check out the new Mio water flavors by Kraft Foods! I hear they are great, and they are OP. (On protocol.)

So, I had my WI #8 Yesterday... Down 3.2 pounds by her scale. I am so close to Onederland... I was really hoping for more because I did IP Bootcamp last week. Apparently I lost some muscle and my Fat% went up

I have decided that I will just continue what I have been doing, sticking to the plan and eating my restricted once a day. I have noticed that on the weeks where I eat more protein (meaning extra chicken/beef/fish) I have lost more weight and muscle has gone up... I am going to do a mini experiment starting after next WI, I am going to do a normal week this week and add a little extra protein to my dinners next week. I will let you guys know what I find...

Thanks for keeping this thread alive. It is so motivating to talk to you guys who believe in sticking to the plan as much as I do. This works whether we lose 1 pound a week or if we lose 7. I have never looked at myself in size 12 pants and said, "Wow, I need to take a trip to my tailor because these are falling off of me"

Have a great weekend!

Hey ladies,

I am officially in ONEderland!!! My scale read 197.2 this morning!!! I am so happy about this I could burst. I ran downstairs to my bedroom after getting off the scale to wake up my fiance and let him know...

Anyways, Just have a question for everyone: How long have you been 100% OP?
