Default which is the best?

Ok so I'm doing the alternative route and I know there's a billion posts about the alt products but what I'd like to know is which is best when it comes to the RTD shakes?

EAS is just ok in my opinion, nothing like the IP RTD but what about the New Lifestyle RTD's or Lindoras? Or are there other shakes I should try that compare to the IP's?

Please help!!!

What are you asking? Best taste? What criteria are you basing it on that EAS is just ok? (I haven't tried any of them, but I'm curious too and I was just wondering why you think EAS is just ok and what you're really asking... taste or carb/protein/fat/calorie).

I thought the strawberry EAS shake is far tastier than the IP vanilla. I never tried the IP chocolate. On netrition.com they have a caramel EAS I thought about trying. I haven't seen it in stores.

this is just based on taste...I found the EAS chocolate hard to finish, the strawberry though was pretty good but it's pretty sweet and not something I can do daily.

From what I have read on here, the New Lifestyles RTDs are identical to the IP ones. Having never ordered them myself, I couldn't swear to that though.

I THOUGHT I had read that too but I started to second guess myself because I did read that one of the other brands was kind of gross and I was worried I was mixing the two up but THANK YOU!!!

I'm really happy with the Costco Premier Protein RTD. They're only available in Chocolate at my Costco.

I mix the EAS AdvantEDGE chocolate fudge RTD with their cafe caramel RTD (the caramel has too much caffeine in it for me to have all at once), and I have that for breakfast for 2 days. I heat it up in the microwave, soooo good.

I have ordered RTD's from Lindora and New Lifestyles. They are the same as IP in taste and consistency. The calorie/carb/fat counts are the same but I haven't actually compared the ingredient lists.

Hi everyone!

For the last few weeks I have been using the new GNC lean shake and I love them! Especially when I bought 20 4 packs, they had them byy one, get one 1/2 off. I only consume a half of bottle a day. They make them in stawberry, chocolate & strawberry. I love them!

I have to laugh, my hubby is now addicted to PB2 peanut butter..

question about pb2, do you mix it with water for a pasty consistancy? or do you just add the powder to whatever you are making... I can't wait to try it. My store only had the chocolate pb2, so I am waiting until I am in maintenance to try it.

I mix it with water until it's creamy like peanut butter, BUT I don't know why you couldn't just add it to whatever your making.

I think it will be great to add to baking... I can't wait, I may have to try it out and test on my co workers to see what it is like.... when I leave for the day I give my dogs a kong with peanut butter on the end, I am thinking that would probably be healthier than the natural stuff I give them now.

Thanks.
