I asked last week at my clinic and they still have some of the old pudding left. If your clinic doesn't have any try other clinics in your area.
Is it the original milk chocolate that you liked? When I started IP last August, the milk chocolate pudding was my favorite. Then they changed it to dark chocolate pudding in December, and I just didn't like it - completely different taste and texture. IP did "bring back" the milk chocolate pudding a couple of months ago so they could offer both choices, but it still doesn't taste like it did last Fall. Actually, I find there is not much taste at all. I miss the original. Wish we'd had notice the formulation was changing - I would have bought a case of the stuff, lol!
Out of the chocolate and dark chocolate that is offered right now, I much prefer the dark chocolate. I just started two weeks ago though. Guess I never got to try the good stuff!
You can make either of the chocolate puddings taste a lot better if you add the following: 1 heaping teaspoon of instant coffee, 1 heaping teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon sweetener (to taste). I whip my pudding with a whisk and it makes if very light and fluffy. It tastes like you are eating fudge brownie mix out of the bowl.
I also add either a little mint extract or orange extract and it is yummy. I use decaf instant coffee crystals in it and it tastes much more chocolatey. I find it works for either milk or dark chocolate.
3 grams carbs for 1 tablespoon and no sugar so for the once a week that I use it, it is on my protocol. Everyone needs to judge for themselves if they want the extra 1.5 carbs. For me it is worth it. Not only that but I still continue to use 4 protein packs per day in addition to the normal dinner protein.
My clinic has both milk chocolate & the new dark chocolate.
My clinic has both too. My coach told me that the original chocolate pudding was the dark one, then they discontinued the dark choc one and brought out the milk chocolate in the US. Canada is different... They now have dark chocolate "original" and the milk chocolate.
I don't like the milk choc, but the dark choc is great.
My Clinic in MS has Dark and Milk Chocolate, and I find them both tasty. I actually just had the Milk Chocolate, and to make it even yummier, I added 1/2 tsp of almond extract and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Delicious!

I still use 4 protein packs a day as well - Im on week 4 now. I havent heard anyone else on these boards mention using 4. Do you know if we will change to 3 packs a day sometime?
