Default Question on Vitamins

I know 2 people that are doing this diet with great results, but right now I can't afford the $300 sign up plus the cost of their food. I've read a lot of the posts on different foods to buy etc, but I'm wondering about the vitamins. What vitamins do you take, what dose, and what time of day do you take what? What brand do you take? Thanks for any insight you have!!

Hey WCSCSM,

I am no expert on this topic, I am sure there is someone else out there that will give you better advice then myself but here is what I have been told. I am following IP but conidering going on the alternate foods.

Potasium is taken in the morning aprox 800 mg.
Mulit Vitamin is taken at Breakfast and at supper. Any multi vitamin will work, I know some women on here are using the one day.
Calcium Magnesium I have bought at the drug store the Green Lid on bottle think its johnsons vitamins they contant zink also. You take 2 of them at Dinner and again at your evening snack I believe it's 1000 mg per day.

Again I am no expert but if you have too many vitamins it will not hurt you as you cannot over dose on vitamins, your body will reject them and you will urinate them out.

I hope this helps you out a little.

I also take Omega three taht I get at the drug store they are optional and so are the anti oxidants are taken by smokers.
