Default Pickles

I bought some kosher dill pickles, and since i have been eating them, it seems like my weight is dropping. does this help, or is it a coincidence?

First of all, congrats on your loss this week! Awesome job!

I wish I had an answer about the pickles. I can't think of a reason they would cause more weight loss. Maybe they help you drink more water because of the flavor? I find they really help me when I get the munchies. Now everyone in my house eats pickles. My 5 y.o. had one with her snack on the way to school this morning.

I read an article about a study that has shown that vinegar can prevent your stomach from digesting carbs... Pretty interesting. This is the link to that article if you want to read it http://thyroid.about.com/b/2005/01/2...-solutions.htm

Pickles are surprisingly satisfying. I was a little concerned about all the salt pickles have though.

Pickles are great. Lots of potassium and nearly calorie free.

They don't, however, induce weight loss.
