Default Finally starting to be positive...
Maybe this will cheer up the ones who have slow start...

My first WI I had a great number (7.2 lbs) but #2 and #3 were hard the #2 was the one before TOM and #3 was TOM so i lost 3 lbs in two weeks, but I keep up and it paid off this morning.

WI#4= -5.2 lbs

I am so happy...

It is really working even tough sometime you have to be patient...I am now waiting for ONEderland. I never tough I could be so close in only 4 weeks...

THAT MAKES ME FEEL SO MUCH BETTER, THANK YOU!!!!! my first was great, my second was ok, but my 3 rd was horrible and i t has got me down.

Thats awesome! I started the program while TOM and it has been 15 days on IP. I havent been feeling the "loss" these past couple days..My weigh in is tomorrrow..hoping for atleast a 3lb loss!

I'm just finishing my third week without a pound lost. Good to hear it might eventually flush out. Annoying though.
