Hey guys! Day 4 for me too and so far so good. I think my needing junk food is a habit. I feel pretty good and its my TOM. Will have to see what happens. I've been drinking about 3 liters of water, taking my supplements and trying to stay of Alt. Product IP (I think we need an acronyms, lol.)
I ordered a sample pack from
www.newlifestylediet.com, and some products from Lindora and
www.dietdirect.com. Then I put them all in a small spreadsheet with the EAS shake and Pure Protein bars and listed out the calories, protein, carbs and fat. Keeping it in a notebook.
I am obcessed with looking at labels now and won't buy anything where carbs are more than protein. Going to store this weekend to buy lots of veggies, more shakes and stuff.
