I love your name Jigglefree. I am also do an alternative plan with EAS. I have gone through a lot of shakes and EAS and Designer Whey are my favorites. I can stomach the taste of both and I have consistently lost with both. Good luck.

I've made it thru three days and that includes my TOM. Any tips on eating late? Tonight we are taking my daughter to dinner for her 21st bday but we can't go until 7. I am going to stick with a salad and chicken, taking my own dressing and sea salt. Should I still do the shake before bed?

Mizzthingaling - I picked that name because my goal when I started is to be free of jiggles. My everything was jiggling and my vision of my body for my goal is to be free of the jiggle.
Sherbeart08 - If you get hungry before dinner you can do the shake. Another option is if you aren't hungry before dinner and you get hungry after dinner you can have the shake. I'm not sure how everyone feels about eating late but it is just the nature of my household. We at 7pm most nights because of our schedules. It was never a problem for me even as a calorie counter. I would have 6 small meals a day and my evening snack would be 100 calories of popcorn around 9pm and I never had any problems getting the weight off. The problem was having more than that 100 calories after dinner, which started happening more and more lately...hence I came here.
Last night went very well. I didn't really drink the whole protein drink because I was full. I have been doing well taking my vitamins and supplements. That is a work in progress...I'm always all over the place with taking them. Take them one day and then not for another week. But I'm doing really well. I even take the ones I need to take in the evening.

Hey guys! Day 4 for me too and so far so good. I think my needing junk food is a habit. I feel pretty good and its my TOM. Will have to see what happens. I've been drinking about 3 liters of water, taking my supplements and trying to stay of Alt. Product IP (I think we need an acronyms, lol.)

I ordered a sample pack from www.newlifestylediet.com, and some products from Lindora and www.dietdirect.com. Then I put them all in a small spreadsheet with the EAS shake and Pure Protein bars and listed out the calories, protein, carbs and fat. Keeping it in a notebook.

I am obcessed with looking at labels now and won't buy anything where carbs are more than protein. Going to store this weekend to buy lots of veggies, more shakes and stuff.
