ginBAM 04-12-2011 08:53 AM

29.5 weeks & a total loss of about 77.4lbs. The diet really works, I am always asstounded at my new numbers for the week. After years of trying to wokr it off at the gym, this seems easy.

2RIDEROLLERCOAST 04-12-2011 09:09 AM

After 8 weeks 36lbs down. It gives you a great boost of confidence when you continue to see the numbers go down... even if it is just 1 or 2 lbs a week.

locks 04-12-2011 09:10 AM

Week 9 about 26.5 lbs lost, but with this diet its not just lbs, its how your shape seems to change so fast. Inches come off fast when the scale seems to slow down a bit.

Vanessa333 04-12-2011 09:42 AM

darbs7 04-12-2011 03:16 PM

I lost 52 pounds by the end of my 15th week. But since then....I have lost only 19 more and I have been on it a total 30 weeks. But that is with several planned off program vacations. I am thrilled and only 5 pounds from my original goal, but 18 from my ultimate goal. Good luck...love this diet.

Everyone's success is amazing! I haven't had my first weigh in yet (Friday) but I can't wait!!!

I wonder what causes the variance in weight loss? Individual body chemistry?

I think it has to do with how much you need to lose.

CheekyWit 04-12-2011 04:08 PM

I have been doing this for almost 14 weeks and am down somewhere near 45 pounds - I went from a tight 14 to a comfortable 10 (except for my designer jeans which still are roughly a size 12) -- but as I tell all my friends who are doing this --it is like a construction project plan on it taking longer and costing more then you thought HOWEVER...the job will get done and we will be better off (all pun intended) for it.

krisbelle 04-12-2011 05:11 PM
