I started on March 14th, 2011, and my results are posted in my signature below.

my update: 20 weeks and 70 lbs!

On my previous post on this thread (4-21-11) I was 10 weeks and 33 lbs AVG 3.3 lbs/wk. Now I am 15 weeks and 46 lbs AVG 3.07 lbs/wk.
It's fun to see how far we have all come! |
Been on IP for 2 1/2 weeks, Week 1 lost 6 lbs and Week 2 1/2 lost 1 lbs.
My coach said that focus shouldnt just be on pounds lost as Lock mentioned above but also how you feel about your body and how your clothes fit and also inches lost. Is this true? |
Tuesday was my 1st weigh in, after a week I had lost 6lbs and inches too!

What an amazing thread...I really needed to see all this good work and progress today. I've been on for 6 weeks and I'm 34 lbs down and 35 inches down.

After 2 weeks on the plan I lost 8lbs (and that included 2 days of being off the plan here and there for 2 days)

8 weeks and 33 pounds! My pants fall down alllll the time. I refuse to buy new clothes until I am at goal. Looks like I am in need of sewing lessons
