Hi everyone!
I'm honestly totally confused what to look for when I look at ingredients! I don't know about others, but this is a concern for when i'm phasing off. Since there are lots of you who do possess a wealth of information - would anyone be willing to communally put together a google doc with worksheets listing the following: 1. Avoid Consumption; 2. Limit Consumption; 3. Enjoy!?
OR does a list like this already exist that I just haven't found yet?
