The tomato-basil soup is probably the less horrible of all soups, but there is still that weird taste to it & the colour is just not appetising to me.
I like the drinks, orange & blueberry, pom, cran. and I like the ready-made chocolate pudding. oatmeal is a top choice for me. Most of my IP meals are shakes that I choose to make with alternative Whey Protein Powders. They are very effective, as well as penny-saving.
I try to stay away from restricted items tho. Cause they are just too, too tempting and if they are in my house, they I'll take one of those, instead of a better choice. I keep restricted items (I call 'em "treats") such as bars for my TOM or on weekends, since weekends I find very difficult on IP. I treat myself with "treats" on weekends.
So, I've been doing IP since late January, have been losing successfully, unless I trip & cheat (which I'm not proud of, but have done).
I do IP with a mix of both IP products and similar but "alternative" products. Mostly Protein Powders. But I've also tried a few very low carb-high protein bars which I really enjoyed and cost less than IP bars. I am very vigilant about reading labels & ingredients, so it's all good. Time actually can get away from me while in a Natural/Health store, reading and comparing labels of all of their protein products
