Just got back from dinner (well actually lunch but I slept waaay in today so it was actually my second meal of the day lol) I did pretty good I had a greek salad and ate mostly the cucumbers and green peppers I also ate chicken slouvaki....I have no idea what they put on the chicken or the greek dressing...hopefully I didn't screw things up too bad!

Let us know what you think about starting the new week of boot camp tomorrow. You are going to do it again, right??????

I looked up what is usually put on chicken soulvaki and it seems IP friendly! and greek dressing should be pretty good maybe a few carbs but shouldn't be a huge deal.
I am going to keep going on bootcamp till Wednesday which is WI day. I probably won't do it the next "week" I will likely do it every second week

Second week on diet, doing pretty good (my problem is eating all the packets) - but terrible constipation. Tried drinking more water. Help!

I don't know if you've tried the salt water flush, they talk about it in the weekend thread. If you don't find it let me know.

I use psyllium tablets every couple of days. They work in about 4-5 hours. They're just called fiber tablets in the vitamin isle.
