Just checking in with any newbies or oldies. Today is my 1st day of IPP, phase 1. So far, so good. The RTD chocolate shake was delish and the Tomato Basil soup was great tasting too!
I do have a question for those who have been on IPP for sometime. What is the maximum number of carbohydrate grams per day one can have program?
