I bought the dressing you're talking about when I started, and found that one teaspoon, not two tablespoons was enough. I chose to stop using it, though, because it helped me justify other "little things." THAT would impact weight loss. Try keeping a food diary of EVERYTHING you put in your mouth for a day. A normal day for you. Then go back and add the carbs. I stay within 20-25 NET carbs, and usually about 25-30 full carbs. Hope this helps!
I am really bad at making my own salad dressings... can you tell me how much of each ingredient you add your your dressing? I can't seem to get it right!!!

I also LOVE sushi and go often. I have a sashimi salad. It is cut up select pieces of sashimi over a bed of cabbage with ponzu (may not be spelling that correctly) it is AWESOME! Also the place I go have tofu paper for wraps so you can get hand rolls with out rice I find that the seaweed does not get soft enough for me without rice in the traditional hand rolls. Good luck!

I kind of eyeball/taste as I go! Next time I make some (this weekend), I'll be sure to post in the recipes thread. Check there, loads of good dressings in it with better instructions than I can give! The search isn't working in threads, but if you google ideal protein salad dressing recipe, you'll get great results!
