You could try doing phase 2 or using alternates.
Phase 2 would be a soy product 2x a day and 2 real protein meals.
You also can use the blueberry pomegranate drink,the soups, chili, spaghetti, raspberry jelly, choco-raspberry bars, and the soy puffs.
Might you be able to do the eggs? The problem could be there is a small amount of milk product in the cheese used.
