Done - I've cut/pasted it below as well..
Pico de Gallo (per request)
1 tomato - chopped
1/2 red onion - chopped
1/2 red pepper - chopped
juice of 1/2 lime
cilantro to taste - I use either fresh from the garden of the paste from the grocery store
Mix - enjoy
I eat this with almost everything. On top of Grilled ck; grilled steak; fish; shrimp. My favorite is on a salad mixed with taco meat (ground beef w/ chili seasoning) - using pico as my dressing.
Although I'm only on my 1st week - I made this amount and it made about 2 cups prepared. So far it's lasted me all week.
