I had this on day 7 and day 8. i THINK it was the stomach flu, but maybe not. I have found that I have to take the stress vitamin (which is most like a multivitamin) and the fish oil at lunch when i have more substance in my belly cause of veggies. And i take my evening vitamines with dinner. That seems to be helping. Could be coincidence though too. I don't know...may just be the body adjusting. Are you feeling better today?
