As you begin this new challenge please remember that you only need to lose .33 pounds a day and, more realistically, 2.3 pounds a week. Sticking to the plan, eating low carb vegetables, lots of salad, and 1/2 ounce of water per 1 pound of body weight + 10 ounces should get your there with ounces/pounds to spare.
Unless you are taking pain killers and have hypothyroidism this is doable. And regardless, it's worth a try.
