Happy Thanksgiving to all our IP friends south of the border! I have stalled out for the third day now.... I suspect its due to TOM arriving does anyone else stall out on loss for like 4-6 days??? then all of a sudden BOOM down 1.5 - 3 lbs? Why would this happen? a combo of what I have eaten? or just this old body in shock LOL

I stall out all of the time. I can go all week and not lose anything and then at weigh in I may lose 5 pounds. It is water weight or the big "C" for me that makes things fluctuate so much. I finally had to stop weighing except on official weigh in days for me.

I love "normal", but I don't really know what that is. Congratulations for reaching your goal. I am very happy for you.

Thanks - It is a strange thing how I think I have friends in Canada. I do think of you as friends. You know some of my deepest secrets. The forum would not be the same if it was just Americans, or just Canadians. So thnaks for being such a great support for me. My family is French and from Canada. I have never been, however. Maybe this summer I can tour your great country.

Hi - Uglycold - I tried to send you a private message, but I received a message that said you were set up not to receive them. I didn't know if that was something you wanted or if you didn't know. It is fine either way because that is the beauty of this forum. I hope you have a great day. I have to go now, so I can put the turkey in the oven.

Wishing a to everybody who is celebrating today. We are getting ready to cook our turkey but have everything else made. My meal will be altered to follow protocol today, but I have a plan in mind to stay in IP protocol.

I have felt stalled out for 4-5 days now and I am wondering if I am about to experience TOM. I am premenopausal and right now it seems that TOM is a mystery as to when it will occur. I have stayed on protocol to the letter and I know I am in ketosis, but just don't feel any weight loss and feel "heavy". I hope that I will see a weight loss on Saturday when I go for WI. None the less, I am getting some more new clothes on Saturday for a trip that I am taking next week

I do that regularly and am a bit mystified as why. My stalls seem to happen Thursday thru Monday with things moving again Tuesday/Wednesday. Thanks goodness my WI isn't til Tuesdays!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in the States. Hope you have a great day and have huge successes staying on IP protocol. Looking forward to reading about them later today and tomorrow.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Had a weird experience last night. For dinner I cooked two whole eggs. Later in the evening, I started to have a warm sensation around my waist band and it itched somewhat. I finally went and looked in the mirror and I had hives all over my mid-section and upper legs. I'm thinking it had to have been the eggs but I have never had any problems with them before. I also got a stomach ache in the night. Anyone else ever experience hives like that? I threw the rest of the eggs out this morning.
