Yeah I think it's from the drinks. Are you drinking a lot of the orange IP and other flavoured drinks. I think that is the problem. I see this is labeled TMI but...it's ok that you mentioned it. I think this is a side effect to be honest.

I am late to this thread, but just started IP about 5 days ago and I am having the SAME PROBLEM!! I am kind of convinced it has to do with the vitamins I'm taking more than the food or IP packs? Just wanted to post and see if anyone had any experience with this as well??

I'm in my 6th week on IP and I have had the same issue. Whew -- relieved to know I am not imagining things and am not the only one! I used an over-the-counter treatment a few weeks ago and it seems to have come back again. I used to eat probiotic yogurt and citrus fruits daily -- wonder if the absence of those foods along with the IP packets and/or vitamins have made me more susceptible?
