I heard about it from my boss at work. She had started it 2 weeks prior to me so we pretty much started the journey together. She has recently "taken a break" but I've kept on trucking through. I've come waaay too far to take a break now.

A friend that I do volunteer work with went on the program to reclaim her body after her last baby stopped nursing. She and her husband each lost about 50 lbs on the program and after doing my own research I asked her to connect me up with her coach. I drug my husband along to the first meeting for moral support and so that he would know what I was spending our money on. He ended up decided to come along for the ride.

Funny thing is that my friend and her husband were referred by another couple that did great on IP also. This is a great program for couples to do together.
