I bought a package of Splenda Coffee Flavorings today..I got the Mocha. I know we can have sweetener, but I don't wanta stall or anything already. I was wondering if anyone used this before and if it had any effect?
Also...my coach told me that I could use Wish-Bone Spray Salad Dressing...but I bought the Ranch and the 3rd ingredient on the label is..................SUGAR!!! So.....not gonna use that!
I'll just stick with my Walden Farms Italian.
On day 7 here, official weigh-in tonite....excited...nervous!
I feel like Im doing great...no cheats....nothing at all that is not on protocol. I bought ketostix and over the weekend they were moderate...but today they are down to trace. I haven't had anything that I can think of except Mrs. Dash Seasonings.....the Roasted Red Pepper kind....and I have been using Mouthwash!
Tonite is gonna be fish again..I had eaten shrimp over the weekend...but I prepared them so I know nothing over protocol...so I don't know...I do know that my mouth is sooooooooooooooooo dry it is unbelievable!! And I am drinking water by the 33.8 oz bottle ...like 4 a day.
Anyone else have this problem??
