Hi Kelsey, I truly hope things are going well for you.
I have a question. How do you get the weigh-in chart to expand so one can see what their last week's figure was? I tried clicking on the little darts, but nothing happened. :) |
Weigh in today - 156.6, down 1.8 for the week. I think I'm gonna make 20!! :carrot::carrot:

Weigh in today (week 12) weight today 184...down 1-3/4 lbs for this week....naturally wish it had been more!

Weigh-in 159.1. This one week loss almost equals what I've lost in the past 8 weeks.
I eliminated soy. There's a lot of back story here, and this loss may last or it may not. I can't tell. But right now I'm silly, punch-drunk, giddy, elated. |

Today's weight was 236.5. That's -5 from last week which means I made the -20 for the challenge!! :carrot:
