Hi everyone,
I've been reading through all these great threads and getting great ideas, and motivation....but I'm starving today
I know it's only day 2, and my coach told me that I should be feeling better by day 3 or 4. I hope he's right! Was it like this for all of you who have been on IP in the beginning? I'm staying strong, but this is sure testing my will power! Oh, and I am going to have to have an extra IP snack today to make it through; or it could get ugly at my house!LOL
Any suggestions or even letting me know how long the initial discomfort/hunger lasted for you would be great!
