    Good Morning All! I just had my first weigh in and cannot believe the results!! IP is so exciting!!! I have lost 10lbs and 3.5 inches!!! WooHoo!!!!!

    Thank you! I am very excited about my first week! I know that is a big loss and that it will slow down a bit this week, but it's a huge motivator to keep going!!!

    Great Job! It was my first week too and I lost 7.2 pounds! (and I was on vacation!) However, last night was my husband's birthday and I may have to work off a pound or two that I probably gained back after going out with everyone! We have a christening today to so this has been a tough weekend to stay on program.

    Had a bar this morning so back to being focused!
