Default Woohooo!!!
I just had my first official weigh in and I would like to share with everyone I lost 13.2#. I don't think I've lost that much weight in my life on all of the diets I've been on added together. I celebrated with flavoured seltzer water, lol.

Congratulations! I also had a huge loss my first week, which was really motivating to keep on going! After that, it did slow down to 3-3.5 pounds per week, except the last two weeks, which took off again!

Keep up the great work, and you'll wake up to a new body every day!

Many Thanks go out to all of you. So far, this is the best diet I've ever been on and this is the best board I've ever joined as well. It's nice to be able to read about others who experience the same feelings and cravings as I do.

SiJe, Congrats on the losses...and yes....this board really has helped me along the way........the support and encouragement from others in the same boat is without saying one of the reasons I am succeeding.
