As soon as we got to the back and out of ear shot of anybody else--she said we needed to have a talk--that the IP people (corporate) had been in and they pulled my file and I must be cheating or working out too much because "anybody above 200 pounds should be losing 8 pounds a week" that is a direct quote. I do work out about four times a week and when I first started doing that the doctor in this office approved it. I did have two 2.5 pound weeks and I was cheating and eating some peanuts--but those two have been my lowest. Yesterday when I weighed I was down five pounds for the week---and I would have thought this was good. I read Dr. Trans book and I thought the average for a woman was 3 pounds a week. She acted like they were coming out with new guidelines or something. She also said that if anybody cheated they were suppose to kick them off the diet immediately. (I know you are not suppose to cheat, however, I have been on this since 1/18/2010 and I am only human).
    I wear my feelings on my sleeve and I know that---I just do not understand--was she wanting me to quit? This five pounds marked the fifty pound mark in my losses and I really expected a different attitude. Maybe I'm not being reasonable, but it just seems every week this rep, has been rather insensitive in her comments and remarks and this just steped things up a notch.
    Has anybody else out there been told that if you are over 200 you should have eight pound losses per week? I really think maybe I am going to tell her what I think and try to finish this on my own. I just don't know.
    omg! I cannot believe she treated you like this! i am over 200 and have NEVER lost 8 lbs. in a week, and I DONT CHEAT. I'm sorry but this really pisses me off that they did this to you!

    Your weight loss has inspired by to attempt at the boot camp thing, I've been staying in the range of 19-23 net carbs each day and feeling great! Thanks for sharing your Fit Day stuff - you are such a valuable part of this forum.

    I've made stuffed green peppers from the recipe on your blog twice this week and they are amazing! Love the smoked tabasco. Where did you find the low sugar ketchup?

    Can you ask for a different coach? Is there one who did the plan and started at a similar weight as you? It sounds to me like your coach is very insensitive... and rude! Don't let her comments get you down, you are doing great!
    now that you mention it, my coach told me on Monday too that they were supposed to have my previous diary's, so I put them in my IP bag (the prize I got myself when I lost 20 lbs!) to take back to her this next week. Wonder what is going on in there??

  • WELL GIRLS, this has been the week from ****. My husband officially moved out a week ago today and I truly think he has lost his mind! Here I am, no job, 2 kids, a mortgage and bills. Thank God the only debt I have is my house. Anyway, I am going to do my darndest to stay on IP, I ordered shakes from DR. B and got them today. The shipping was insane, but it still will save me $$. Please keep praying for my family! Love to you all!

    I do Stability Ball and Pilates. I have great muscle tone and now that I am burning fat, the muscle is starting to show. She also mixes in Koga (kickboxing and yoga) and Piloxing (Pilates and Boxing) If the cardio starts to get to high I just dumb it down and slow my heart rate. I highly recommend doing something to tone and build muscle on this program.

    I take one before I work out. My classes are from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. After I workout I go home and eat my 5oz of protein and 2 cups of veggies. I try to eat a packet around 1 hr before I workout, sometimes is sooner than that though.
