Almost 5 months ago I set a goal of 150 by my 42nd birthday which is Nov 2nd. I wasn't sure I could actually do this since I've tried several times in the last 10 years to diet and have always failed. Well this morning for the first time in 10 years my scale read 149!!! At this point I haven't decided if I will continue to try to lose weight or just try to maintain what I've done so far. I can wear a size 8 in misses and a 9 in juniors, just like high school. I am not really sure a size 2 or 4 is something I can maintain or even want to try! Will try to get some pics soon, I am a bit camera shy.
