Post This book supported me in my weight loss journey

There is book called rapid weight loss written by Jeffrey morgan that really helped me with losing some extra weight and belly fat which helped me to reduce 30kg within 4 months, this is the most useful book I've ever read.

After starting my weight loss journey, I realised that I need to get into the habit of working out and making it an everyday thing, The 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma was a book that helped me holistically then I also found a book on Amazon audible called Mini Habits for Weight Loss (absolutely amazing)

I too stick to the book written by a dietician and not fitness trainer and trust me it worked for me .
