My Goals
Over the summer I started off at 225. I have a problem with consistency when it comes down to the gym. My problem was that I never followed through with working out longer than two weeks. I got my mental health right and I began to experience a different experience. I became consistent and I stayed in the gym for 2 months straight and now I am down to 205. Its still a process but its working out for me, furthermore I am further because I change my mindet.
