Default Snacks

I'm officially on Phase 4. What are some good snacks? I bought some almonds and grapes. How much can we have? I'm still getting used to the fact I can have things like this and I don't have to weigh all my veggies as much. But I will continue to do so as I will with my protein.

So new, so over whelmed. Just need some help and encouragement.

Have you tried smoothies? And fruits? Especially in the evening?
