Default never a bad time to diet

I think to start dieting at anytime is a good thing. In my experience which is vast LOL in dieting is about finding a way to get your diet to be a habit and not all in at once. Have your treats when u really need them because if not you will not last. That's the main reason people fail because it feels like a punishment. I found a bit of a cheat for my holidays but its not for long term but some people swear by it. It did work but im not normally into these gimmicks but sometimes you need the help dont ya. universalu307514910.wordpress.com/
Thats the website anyway but only if you are desparate . It did work.

I started eating right and really pushing myself at the gym about three weeks ago. It's the perfect time to my mind, because it means I won't put on weight at a time when it is most likely a person would. Instead, I've lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks while still eating plenty.

You probably are nuts lol. But hey, as long as your prepared you will be fine. I am an online personal trainer, and the tricky part that often comes up for clients is when they go out to eat with family and friends, or at restaurants. What to eat, and how much as its not part of their plan. A few things you can do. If going to a restaurant - most restaurants have their menus on line with macronutrients listed. Look this up, and select what you will eat beforehand. You will be prepared and ready to enjoy yourself. When eating at a friends place - you could explain beforehand that your following a strict diet and let them know that you will either bring your own food, or just eat beforehand and drink water while your there. This way you wont skip out on your diet and be tempted. Hope that helps! How are you finding your diet?

Hey! Im an online personal trainer, and could help you out. I specialize in vegan, keto, vegetarian, pescatarian, pollotarian or just a general diet. I actually make personalised meal plans with the right amount of protein, fats, carbs so you can achieve your goal. I think its important to get your macronutrients right so that you get a balanced diet, while losing weight. What were you wanting to know? Happy to answer any questions to help get you started

No, you can start just like any other day. Don't let holidays affect your determination. You can do it. Cheers!

I've found you can strike a balance. Any vacation I take I portion control much more seriously. It helps me to enjoy vacation time while not getting too carried away. Best of luck!

I am in the same boat. I went to the doctors on Monday for Asthma scripts and spoke to my GP about my weight. It has skyrocketed out of control - blood tests, websites to check, weight check (error message on the scales - so embarrassing, but a huge wake-up call). I enjoyed Christmas dinner but small portions, no alcohol. I am glad I started now rather than after Christmas, after Easter, after, after... I don't have a firm starting point, going to buy a set of elephant scales. The doctor was very nice and said she would see me in a month and do another number/scales crunch. Good luck on your journey.

Your goal is to feel good now. How do you feel now? If you only observe what you feel is positive about you, you will feel good, you will be happy. Decide right here and right now how you want to feel. Decide that you will always look for the good within you and appreciate that goodness.
