A Year On And I've Still Kept All the 32lb off
I wanted to share this as i've had many failures trying to keep the weight off that when this diet system worked I new I had to tell people about it.
As you can guess like most people i've tried lots of diets before and I always managed to lose the weight but I could never keep it off! My friend at work kept on about this diet all her family and friends in America had tried and they raved about it. So most of the girls in Accounts and I decided to give it a go.
It was easy to follow and there was so much good advice about losing the fat and speeding up your metabolism that it all went smoothly. I like the fact that it was from one of Hollywoods Leading Personal Trainers with decades of experience. After three months I had lost 32lb and that was two years ago and I'm still at my target weight.
