After viewing your video, I'm truly impressed at how you've transformed yourself and your life. I have lived quite the opposite life, was underweight all of my life (5'11 and 135 lbs) and started gaining weight around 24 years old. Now I'm 30, recently left my husband and realizing that I need to get back in shape if I'm going to get back into the dating pool and 235 pounds at my heaviest. Never developed the skills to diet or exercise regularly, I guess I was hoping to get your advice and input on how you did it. Maybe some of your most helpful tricks or tips? I started weight watchers a month ago and I'm down about 6 pounds. I am desperate to get to onederland!!!! <----
