i just watched this video and cried....I have always been 20-30 lbs over weight and act like im 200lbs over weight... i have only 40-50lbs to lose what a wakeup call that was for me... that story, was like a the movies where the nerd goes to prom with the most popular boy... lol...

CONGRATS!!! Baker, I see you are taller like myself (6'1"). In the comments on your video you said that being tall was difficult or some such thing. I don't understand that. I've heard more and more tall women say similar things but I don't understand why. Why do you find being tall a bad thing? I love it, and until lately it never occurred to me that it might be viewed as a bad thing rather than a blessing?

After viewing your video, I'm truly impressed at how you've transformed yourself and your life. I have lived quite the opposite life, was underweight all of my life (5'11 and 135 lbs) and started gaining weight around 24 years old. Now I'm 30, recently left my husband and realizing that I need to get back in shape if I'm going to get back into the dating pool and 235 pounds at my heaviest. Never developed the skills to diet or exercise regularly, I guess I was hoping to get your advice and input on how you did it. Maybe some of your most helpful tricks or tips? I started weight watchers a month ago and I'm down about 6 pounds. I am desperate to get to onederland!!!! <----
