I went shopping the other day and found some capri's in a size 22...on a whim I decided to try them on. I was super happy when they fit!!! I have not been in a size 22 since, well, I can't remember...lol. Probably atleast 8-9 years ago! I haven't really been on plan lately, but once school starts for the kids, I can get my routine back on track

Hopefully OP will be easier once school starts, but don't feel like you have to wait to get back on track... Maybe you need a different "on plan" for when your routine isn't working out? Anyway, WTG for hanging in there and making progress!

that IS a great accomplishment! I can wear some dresses in a 22 but not pants and I look forward to getting there.
